Accessibility reporting form

The accessibility reporting form is a feedback mechanism consisting of a digital tool, as provided for by Article 3-quater paragraph 2 letter b) of Law 09/01/2004 no. 4. It represents the first instance through which the citizen can directly notify the administration of any defects found in the websites and mobile applications owned by the administration, in terms of compliance with accessibility principles, or to obtain feedback on inaccessible information and/or to request an adaptation of the information systems available to users.

By filling out and sending this form, declare that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and agree to the storage of your data according to the provisions of the European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR. You can delete them or ask for a copy by making explicit request to info@mevis.com. Filling out the form is optional. The data indicated with an * are mandatory in order to make the request and are necessary to establish the requested contact.
