Training

Mevis provides a comprehensive and targeted induction program for new employees, to introduce them to the company processes. This is a key moment for new resources to become familiar with company values and operating practices, while establishing new positive relationships.
After the induction, Mevis continues to invest in the training of its resources. More and more employees are participating in higher education courses, such as the prestigious MBA master's degree at CUOA, one of the most renowned management training institutes in Italy.
Language courses are frequently offered, and in 2024 a partnership with ExcelSemplice was initiated for advanced Excel training courses, aimed at enhancing technical skills and improving operational efficiency during daily tasks.
There are also countless highly specialised courses for technicians in the mechanic, pneumatic, mechatronic, and robotic fields.

Meetings

Mevis holds two general meetings a year to share the progress of the company, publicise new projects, new investments and introduce newly appointed employees. At these events, insights are gained into areas for improvement that can be worked on in the following months with the support of coaches. Each meeting also includes a friendly and informal moment during which it is possible to exchange views and strengthen the bonds among employees.

Mevis for People

The "Mevis for People" initiative takes place every year during the pre-Christmas exchange of greetings. This is a project launched years ago in which employees are invited to submit solidarity programs that they would like the company to sponsor. The entire company then votes on the projects to support.

Mevis organises various events such as ski trips, beach volleyball tournaments, social bike rides, and offers themed moments designed to strengthen bonds and stimulate exchange between colleagues. These activities strengthen team building and foster a more united and collaborative working environment.

Intercompany tournaments

Mevis has always contributed and participated in the local inter-company "Win Win" tournament, offering employees and their families the opportunity to take part in beach volleyball, football and basketball competitions. The initiative promotes involvement and socialization and creates a fun atmosphere among colleagues. At the same time, it contributes to the charitable initiatives carried out by the organisation.

Mevis firmly believes in school-work alternation as a bridge between academic training and professional practice. The company was awarded the prestigious Dual Award for the way it continues to promote this integration. It actively collaborates with ITS (Technical High Schools) and organises career days with local universities, offering students concrete opportunities to explore the professional world. In addition, Mevis hosts company visits for higher education institutions and universities, allowing students to learn about the working environment and its professions
