The Mevis Group announces that it has signed a contract to acquire 100% of the Euromeccanica Group's "Metalforming Division" business.
The agreement creates a group with a consolidated turnover of more than 140 million Euro, an EBITDA of 15% and almost 800 employees. The goal of the new Group is to achieve a turnover, through further acquisitions, including in the US, of 200 million Euro by 2020, with a listing on the stock exchange just around the corner.
