A TEAM THAT WORKS WELL TOGETHER

The integration between the companies of the Group allows Mevis to operate in different markets and exploit the wide technological pool available to ensure optimal, lean and sustainable production processes, limiting external processing.

The group consists of four companies:

1. Mevis SpA. This is the "Mother company", and as such provides the subsidiaries with corporate services like the production of moulds, equipment, industrialisation of new processes, as well as commercial and project management support. It also manufactures the most extensive range thanks to its wide technology pool;
2. Mevis Slovakia sro. Established in 2006 as a bridge to the German and Polish market, Mevis Slovakia is a strategic manufacturing and logistic hub for the automotive sector. Amongst others, the company also offers in-house cataphoresis paint coating (KTL) and epoxy powder coating;
3. Mevis High Precision Metal Components (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. established in 2014 with the goal of producing and marketing the components of the group in various sectors of the Chinese market;
4. Euromeccanica srl, acquired at the end of 2019, operates mainly in the commercial vehicle and household appliance sectors and specialises in heavy machining (e.g. high tonnage stamping; up to 2,000 tonnes). It also has a department specialized in sheet metal processing and small production runs.
