MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The resource will be responsible for maintaining, innovating, and developing the skills of the human resources operating within the company.
The following activities will be under their management:
- Planning and subsequently designing training interventions, also utilizing innovative methodologies such as distance learning;
- Securing funding for the planned activities in collaboration with external consulting firms specializing in the design and management of financed training plans/projects;
- Seeking experts to involve in the initiatives;
- Managing training interventions, particularly tutoring and relations with external instructors;
- Monitoring training interventions, analyzing the results on an individual or collective level;
- Coordinating the reporting of financed training plans/projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS
- Degree in Education Sciences or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite
