Training Specialist - Maternity Leave Cover

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The resource will be responsible for maintaining, innovating, and developing the skills of the human resources operating within the company.

The following activities will be under their management:

  • Planning and subsequently designing training interventions, also utilizing innovative methodologies such as distance learning;
  • Securing funding for the planned activities in collaboration with external consulting firms specializing in the design and management of financed training plans/projects;
  • Seeking experts to involve in the initiatives;
  • Managing training interventions, particularly tutoring and relations with external instructors;
  • Monitoring training interventions, analyzing the results on an individual or collective level;
  • Coordinating the reporting of financed training plans/projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Degree in Education Sciences or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite
  • Precision
  • Leadership

Full-time
